About this house rental
Nestled in the middle of a private, quiet and wooded passage in the 11th arrondissement, our house converted into former workshops is a real haven of peace in the center of Paris.
On 3 levels, the house is composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a fireplace and an outdoor space.
Ideally located, you will find all the amenities in the surrounding area to spend a wonderful stay (restaurants, grocery store, wine cellar)
The accommodation
Renovated and furnished with taste, the house is comfortable and ideal for a family of 6 people.
This is my main residence, which has a soul, a life, lovingly sourced furniture, pretty crockery, quality sheets and towels.
(This is not an airbnb-only accommodation)
You will feel at home at home.
On the first floor, a large living room with a TV and a fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table to enjoy your meals with your family.
You can also have your meals outside under the wisteria, garden furniture at your disposal.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub.
On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and an office area with a small living room.
