Upon entering you are greeted with walls of windows that can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen, dining area and 1st floor master bedroom. The sunken living room features a sleeper sofa, comfortable club chairs and a large flat screen TV above the decorative fireplace. The sliding glass doors lead to a paver patio complete with dining table & chairs and ample lounge chairs. The dining area seats six and has sliding glass doors to a separate deck. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and great outdoor views. The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen.
The first floor king master bedroom is decorated in serene blue & sand coastal décor. It features a flat screen TV and sliding glass doors to the deck. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast or afternoon cocktail here with breathtaking views of abundant Lowcountry wildlife. The master bath has granite countertops, 2 sinks and a glass enclosed shower tub.
Upstairs you will find two additional lovely bedrooms. Another king master bedroom with an en suite bath featuring a granite counter vanity & glassed walk-in shower.
