The formal dining room seats eight, while a nearby breakfast area accommodates six more. A decorative fireplace and wet bar divide the space into two inviting sitting areas, perfect for gathering with family and friends. A conveniently located laundry room and half bath add to the home’s seamless functionality.
The home offers four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus an additional half bath. The master suite includes a king bed, private bath, and access to a peaceful deck, while a second king bedroom also offers an en-suite bath. Two additional bedrooms include twin beds and private bathrooms, with TVs and Roku devices available in every room. The Tommy Bahama–themed master suite features a new luxury mattress to ensure restful nights after sun-filled days.
Outdoor living shines with a spacious upper deck featuring ample seating, a six-person dining table, and a gas grill—perfect for enjoying evening barbecues. A private pool (approximately 25×14 feet) sits just steps from the beach path, making the walk to the sand quick and simple. Honestly, this property is amazing. The location is fantastic and the fact that each bedroom has a bathroom is incredible. It’s perfect for sharing with many other people. We visited as a joint family, me, my husband, my baby, my parents, and my husband’s parents. The ample living space to spread out and watch the baby and the pool/outdoor areas were just perfect. I will also say that I used Baby Quip for a crib, playpen, high chair, and baby monitor, and that process was so smooth. My issue is with Island Rentals of Hilton Head. They required use of a different app to know anything about the property. I got sparse communication with them leading to me almost missing a payment deadline since I needed to do it off the VRBO app, which is pretty explicitly a no-no when it comes to VRBO. They were pretty unresponsive and unaccommodating in general. For example, they don’t turn on the pool heater if you don’t rent for a full week. If you have an 8 month old who loves the water, you may want to check in advance (or cough up 750 for them to make an exception). I also needed to call the emergency line to accommodate the late checkout that I had already paid for while my baby was sleeping. At 12:01 we were loading our car and told the cleaning crew to come in, and I got a surveillance call saying that I was still in the unit (I wasn’t). Just know what you’re getting into and think twice if you have any young children (although Baby Quip in HH seems to be GREAT!).
