The layout is open and bright, with views of the private waterfall pool from nearly every room. Two guest bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations: one with a queen bed and private walk-in shower, and another with two extra-long double beds and a full bath with shower/tub. My family absolutely LOVED our vacation in this house! The private pool was such a bonus and we used it every day! A short bike ride to the beach, Harbour Town, and South Beach made the week! Can not wait to come back!

This was the perfect, relaxing home for two families to share over Spring Break. Just a 5 minute walk to the ocean and off of the main street. The bike/walking path runs directly behind the home which was very convenient. Our only issue was with the pool as the heat failed into our second day at the home. It was repaired after 24 hours, but we lost a day in the pool that we paid for. Additionally, while there was plenty of sunshine for our liking, the home is in a more shaded area and the leaves on the trees were falling at this time of year (late March-early April). That would not have bothered us much, but the leaves kept clogging the pool filter which caused problems with the water circulation. We personally cleaned the filters at least 3x/day, and had difficulty keeping up. Overall, we were satisfied with the home, its layout, and beautiful, modern kitchen.
