This upscale, gorgeous home is located in the Heritage Woods section of Sea Pines. It is just a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. 66 Heritage is one of the finest Hilton Head Island rental homes. The large screened-in porch offers a gorgeous view of a lagoon and the 12th hole of the Harbour Town Golf links. This Sea Pines vacation rental is perfect for a family looking for luxury and comfort.
As you enter the home, there is a beautiful living room with comfortable sofas (one is a double sleeper sofa) and a game table. Beyond this is the screened-in porch with a wet bar and a small refrigerator. An outdoor dining table, 55" SMART TV and more sofas expand the living space. To the left of the front door is the gourmet kitchen. A central granite island, wet bar, 4 burner gas stove, and stainless steel appliances; the kitchen is a cook’s dream. There is an open dining area just beyond the kitchen. A lovely wood table and 6 chairs is situated under an interesting tray ceiling with dramatic chandelier. Beyond the dining area is another sitting area with a 65” flat screen TV.
The three bedrooms are located to the right of the front door along a single hallway. At the front of the house is the master bedroom. There is a sliding glass door out to the porch. This bedroom has a king bed, 44" SMART TV and a private bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and a garden tub. There are beautiful and spacious double sinks. The second bedroom has a king bed, 42" SMART TV and a private bath with the beautifully tiled shower. The third bedroom has two double beds, queen sleeper sofa, 50" SMART TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Love the house we stayed in. It's very spacious with an open floor plan, updated kitchen and bathrooms and best of all was the screened in porch overlooking thr pool and lagoon. There was plenty of room for my family (6 adults and 3 kids). I was worried about the safety of the pool with toddlers but the doors on the screened in porch lock. The neighborhood was beautiful. Bikes are a necessity to go to the beach because parking at Sea Pines Beach Club is very limited.

Most everything was smooth and efficient with regards to our stay. One disappointing aspect was the amount of debris outside from the tropical storm the week before. The driveway was still covered as well as the pool area. We actually had to get the leaf blower out on Sunday to blow off the back porch area around the pool.

Our family traveled to Hilton Head to have Thanksgiving with our son who lives in Savannah. What a great house for a family gathering. You can’t beat bike rides on the beach, golf and great food for Thanksgiving.

After traveling 10 hours, we were unable to get into the property because the door lock was not working. We told the children they could go swimming while we waited for property management company. We were horrified when we went into the backyard. The pool was so green with algae you could not see the steps or bottom of the pool. We could not use the pool until Wednesday afternoon. The front door was so swollen that the door would never close properly. The dishwasher door would not close properly and the master bath toilet kept running. The temperature in the master bedroom was 76 degrees and the children’s room was freezing. Sliding doors to porch would not slide cleanly.
Dishwasher was repaired on Tuesday and maintenance did what they could with the sliding door. Nothing was provided by the property management company to make amends for so many issues. Certainly not what I expected for the amount we paid for a week. We have been to Sea Pines with other rental companies several times and we never had so many issues.
