The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was very clean when we arrived. Enough rooms and space for our 8 person family. All necessities were included from toilet paper to watercraft’s. Beautiful lake front assess, bass fishing was good, neighbors were friendly. We had no complaints. This vacation house was excellent.

Great property! Perfect lake house for our families! Kids loved the paddle boards and thankful for the life jackets! Upstairs gets toasty but there is a fan which we found our last day, lol! Overall a great stay would def recommend.

Great stay, beautiful location just an hour away from Acadia national park. The Philips lake view from the house is breathtaking with beautiful colors during sunrise and sunset. House was well maintained!

We’ve come to Loon Haven for three summers now, and it is our favorite vacation spot. The house is beautiful, clean, and well equipped for everything your group could want to do, whether that’s relaxing in the great room, paddling around the beautiful lake, cooking and sharing meals together, or anything else your vacation needs. It’s well set up for several families to travel together, with separate sleeping areas upstairs and downstairs. It’s always impeccably clean when we arrive with nothing to do but settle in and relax. Jason is a fabulous and responsive host who will take care of any issues immediately (but we’ve never needed to ask for anything!). We can’t wait to return next summer!
