On your way to enjoy that view you’ll pass the concealed laundry for convenience before reaching the open kitchen, with a full suite of appliances including flat cooktop stove and French door refrigerator. The nearby formal dining for six revels in sun kissed scenery, transitioning to the spacious living room which sees ample chairs and a sofa facing a massive flat-screen TV.
Step through those sliders and you’re on a lushly shaded balcony overlooking the Harbour South Club swimming pool.
