This historic captain’s house, which retains its original character, is located in a quiet setting in the Althagen neighborhood. A walk of about one kilometer, past paddocks and fields, leads to the steep cliff with a sweeping view of the Baltic Sea. The sandy beach and town center are about a 10-minute walk away. The nearby harbor, featuring a traditional smokehouse and opportunities for boat tours, is only about 350 meters away.
Ground Floor
In addition to a private entryway with a coat closet, the first floor features a bright living room with a cozy sitting area and a wood-burning stove. An open doorway leads to the spacious country-style kitchen, which is equipped with high-quality appliances and offers plenty of room for cooking.
The adjacent dining table seats up to eight people and is perfect for enjoying evenings together. Also on this level is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.
Upper Floor
Three bedrooms are available in the attic: two with double beds (one of which is extra-long) and a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed. The floor is complemented by another bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Outdoor Area
A parking space is located right next to the house.
Special Features
At the rear of the house is a small vacation apartment called “Kapitänshaus – Atelier,” which can be rented separately.
