If you are a mountain biking or trekking enthusiast, you can explore the many marked trails near the house. If you wish to taste excellent local wines, there are many wineries nearby offering wine tastings. Don’t forget to plan a lunch or dinner at the famous restaurant in Panzano.
Pets are always on request; only small-sized animals allowed

During summer periods, in case of water shortages, water can be supplied through the property's private well.

The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and an electric car charging station.
An electric car charger is available on site, the cost for car charging is Eur 0,50 per kwh
