A beautiful old house in a lovely rural setting just outside of the gorgeous Castellina in Chianti.
Anna Maria and her team were very friendly and responsive to our needs, the rural setting stunning and the beautiful old house had heaps of character.

Spacious appartment and very nice pool
We had the "blue" appartment. It was very spacious and well equipped. Very nice and clean pool. The pool is only used by the two appartments.
The last part of the road to the house is steep and unpaved. The owner told us this in advance. If you are a decent driver, you can drive to the house with a normal car. If you have an SUV, you know now why you bought one. If you have a sports car, leave it at the parking lot approx. 1 km from the house an walk.

Wonderful place to stay in beetween grapes fields. Nice, part of house (independent flat) (house contains 2 flats) , to rent with equiped kitchen (everything you need for basic cooking) ; two big bedrooms and bathroom. Nice view from house windows. Swiming pool 100m from house (swiming pool is shared with second flat). Perfect contact & information - thank you Giulia. Great wine !
- be aware that with low suspended car you might have difficulty reaching destination due to road - swiming pool is closed at 6pm

Naprosto úžasné a jedno z nejlepších ubytování. Klid, pohoda, kokem vás jen vinice a lesy. V pohodě příjezd a všude autem kousek. Skvělé vybavení a výborná domluva. Top spaní a skvělé víno

Wspaniałe miejce w sercu Toskanii na wypoczynek !!!
Fantastyczna lokalizacja w sercu winnicy. Piękny kamienny dom dwupiętrowy na dwie rodziny. Nikt nikomu nie przeszkadza. Do dyspozycji prywatny basen otwarty wg regulaminu w godzinach 9.00-18.00, zamykany ze względu na dzikie zwierzęta głównie dziki. Można kąpać się po 18.00 po uzgodnieniu z osobą odpowiedzialną za wynajem. Kontakt z wyjmującym z Anna Maria wspaniały w języku angielskim. Byliśmy również zaproszeni na degustację win do najbliższej miejscowości Castellina in Chianti. Przepiękne miejsce do wypoczynku. POLECAM !!!!
Domek generalnie posprzątany, jednak mogło by być trochę lepiej np. w umyciu naczyń po poprzednich lokatorach. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, umyliśmy i było ok. Trzeba zaopatrzyć się w swój papier toaletowy bo jest go bardzo mało. Mieszka się w samym centrum winnicy, więc od poniedziałku do piątku słychać od godz. 6.00 sprzęt rolniczy - traktory. Nie jest to uciążliwe, można zamknąć okno i jest cicho. Wyzwaniem jest dojazd do posesji - 1,3 km od przekroczenia szlabanu jedzie się po szutrach i jednym odcinku wyasfaltowanym. Trzeba być dobrym kierowcą. Nachylania terenu sięgają wg nas miejscami nawet do 25-30% oraz są ostre zakręty. Zwykły samochód daje radę z manualną skrzynią biegów, ale trzeba mieć dobre umiejętności prowadzenia. Skrzynia automatyczna czy napęd 4x4 mogą tylko pomóc. My mieliśmy samochód ze skrzynią automatyczną i było ok.
