About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Barneville-Carteret, we offer this charming 75 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A separate fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob...
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: with single bed (90×190), shelving and washbasin
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), sofa, shelves and washbasin
- Office area
- Laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- An unfenced gravelled area of 21 m² with furniture (1 table and 4 chairs) to enjoy the warm weather, plus a parking space.
The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from the proximity of all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Tourist attractions :
Mont Saint Michel, Sortosville cookie factory, Jersey Island, surfing lessons in Hatainville, Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg, Barfleur, Saint Vaast la Hougue, Utah Beach...
