The property features a comfortable open plan living space which is stylishly furnished with a double sofa bed, a Smart flatscreen TV and a dining table. The separate kitchen is fitted with a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven and a fridge freezer.

Guests are also in easy reach of Bau Beach (a 5-minute drive) and Barbarano Beach (a 15-minute drive). The Alto Garda Park is less than a 10-minute drive away and offers beautiful lakefront hiking trails.
For an enriching cultural experience, "MuSa - Museo di Salò" is a 5-minute walk and the Renaissance-inspired Duomo di Santa Maria Annunziata Cathedral is a 10-minute walk. For wellness treatments and more culture, the medieval town of Sirmione, famous for its thermal baths, is a 40-minute drive.
