The accommodation is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette from which you can admire the view of the surrounding hills, a double bedroom, a bathroom.
Outside there is the common residential garden which leads to the PRIVATE GARAGE (2 flights of stairs-8 steps each) - The area is very quiet and located on a secondary road. Medium size pets are allowed.
The city center and the lakefront of Salò and all services can be reached by foot in just 2 minutes. The car is not necessary to move around. There is a free parking space.
Bus-stop from Brescia city is at 30 Mts
The beach and center are at 100 Mts - Supermarket - bar - post office - bank - shop are at 30 mt
Art and history enthusiasts can visit the new museum of Salò (500 mt only 5 minutes walk) called "MUSA", as well as stroll along the shopping streets and the famous "Vittoriale degli Italiani" home of Gabriele D\'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera (2 km).
