Great location very close to the lake and town (only a few minutes walk away). Comfortable and spacious, kitchen had everything we needed and air-con’s worked great. There is even a washing machine and we got a free bottle of wine on arrival.

Bit difficult to get into parking but with a small car its fine.

Newly furnished for 4-5 persons, providing all amenities - nice beds, cosy dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom incl washing machine if needed. Quick to pass staircase, no need for elevator. Soundproofing from the street (new windows) works great, all in all quiet neighbourhood. Clear instructions and extremely kind host answering to msgs in minutes always help. Location and parking: Mere 2 minutes walk from the lake coast, you are entering gorgeus courtyard with private parking. Clear note regarding some previous comments on the narrow entrance door - Hilux/ Rav4 and any car up to 190-195cm width go through (folded mirrors). In the end, your biggest problem with the appartment will be leaving it, as it quickly starts feeling like home.

Street orientation - closing the window in the morning, when the city starts to wake - disregard if you're not used to sleep with windows opened. When closed, windows fully isolate all sounds. Was it worth it? Absolutely.
