Nashville themed 3-bedroom condo that's .6 miles from Broadway St!

Are you ready to experience the vibrant heartbeat of Nashville? Look no further! Our spacious and stylish 10-person condo is your gateway to all things music, culture, and Southern charm.
The space
Building: Our condo is located in a building called “The Hyve”. You will have access to all of the buildings amenities (see below).

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms that include 4 total king beds and a sleeper sofa, sleeping a total of 10 people. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have king beds, and bedroom 3 has 2 king beds in a bunk bed format. Our beds are all smart foam mattresses, and each bedroom has mounted flat screen Smart TV’s for your enjoyment.

Kitchen: Our kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances, cups, dishes, cookware, Keurig machine and more!

Living area: 65’inch LG Smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi internet, in-unit top of the line washer and dryer and full sized sleeper sofa. We also have a spacious balcony with a prime view of the Hyve’s pool and courtyard.

Parking: There are two options for parking: 1) FREE street level indoor parking, first come first serve. 2) Lower Level Garage – This is a paid, public garage attached to the Hyve with direct elevator access to your condo. Parking can be purchased through The Latch app at a discounted rate for your stay.

Shared Amenities: Enjoy all the shared amenities the Hyve has to offer, including:

Outdoor pool with cabana’s and sun bathing areas
Fitness center located on the 2nd floor
Courtyard located next to the pool to enjoy drinks and laughs with friends
Grills located in The Hyve Courtyard next to the outdoor pool
Ping Pong table to bring out your competitive nature
Luggage holding service for a designated period during your stay. *subject to availability* The luggage holding room is available from 10:00 AM 4:00 PM Thursday - Sunday.

Side Notes:
If you are interested in early check-in, please let us know. We charge $30 for every hour.
Train Route: Like numerous other neighborhoods in Nashville, The Hyve is in close proximity to a train route. If you are very sensitive to noise, you may want to consider staying 2-3 miles from downtown. We have provided a white noise machine for each room for your convenience.
Rescue Mission: There is a rescue mission located near the Hyve. With any urban location, the presence of unhoused may be experienced.
Pool Hours: The Courtyard pool opens at 7:00 AM CST, and closes at 10:00 PM CST and is open from May 1st – October 31st.
The Hyve Security: We have overnight security and trained staff to ensure safety of our guests on The Hyve’s building premise.
