The Ranch House is a spacious, family-friendly home at Rabbit Ears Basecamp, just 30 minutes from Steamboat Springs. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and mountain views from every window, this modern getaway is perfect for families or small groups. Enjoy your private 5-person hot tub on the deck while you take in stunning views. Relax and swing while the sun sets, plus enjoy access to our shared game room at the Hitchin’ Post.

The Ranch House is our most spacious stay at Rabbit Ears Basecamp, a 20-acre retreat just below Rabbit Ears Pass. Inside, the layout is perfect for gathering, with a large kitchen, open living space, and plenty of room to cook, connect, and kick back.
There are three bedrooms, including a king room and two bunk rooms, plus two full bathrooms to make mornings easier. The twin bunk room is designed for our kids and kids at heart, featuring The Corral, a cozy corner with western-themed toys and dress-up gear.
Outside, you’ll find a private deck featuring a 5-person hot tub to melt the day's activities away plus swings and room to watch the sunset. Guests also have access to the Hitchin’ Post, a shared game room with a pool table, fireplace, and game space.
Whether you’re exploring Steamboat, hiking the nearby trails, or just staying put with a cup of coffee and a view, The Ranch House gives you space, comfort, and a place to stay wild.

The Ranch House was very cozy and comfortable and had all the amenities one could want. The coffee station and the coffee that was supplies was amazing! We had the opportunity to visit with the owner of the property who shared of the basecamp expansion - lookinig forward to another stay :o)

Great stay!! We spent two nights with our pups at the ranch house and found it very comfortable and cozy! The cabin is stocked with everything you need & the eclectic coffee mug collection is awesome!

Could not beat the views. Amazing.!!House size was perfect. Very clean (except for flys) but, it is fly season. Would suggest a little clearing of weeds around outside of house. Loved the swings and tether ball.
