About this chalet rental
Los Iris is an exclusive housing development consists of 8 terraced houses. The houses are located in a separate area, with a wall and gate. There is a key is required to enter. In addition, there is a small communal car park outside the house and there is a private garden spot. There is also a large shared garden swimming pool.
Los Iris no. 4 has 3 floors.
On the first floor (ground floor) there is a kitchen patio outside, a guest toilet and a living room with access to a large superstructure.
The second floor has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
Outside the bedrooms is the third floor, there is one bedroom with a bathroom and a roof terrace.

Where to begin… fabulous villa & host!! From the beginning our host, David, ensured we felt safe about our choice as it was a new listing, providing updated photos when available, confirmation of our booking & facilities. A couple of days before our arrival gave very clear and accurate instructions for a really easy check in. Lovely touch was some provisions on arrival. David also touched base on our arrival to make sure everything was as promised, which it was!!This villa is really fabulous and beautifully laid out throughout. The living space is just fantastic, with the outside seating, eating, garden, pool area being our favourite, as we love eating/reading and swimming outdoors when on holidays. While on holiday there was a problem in the area very briefly with water supply, however when we let David know, he immediately followed up and found out what the issue was and when it would be resolved, which it was..this kind of support from your host is really appreciated. Finally to say this Villa/residence location is a real gem, located a 10/15 minute walk ( 3/4min drive) from Elvira Centre with loads of restaurants/Cafes & Shops & Elvira beach … thanks again David for being a great host and your fabulous residence which made our stay so memorable… really hope we can stay again soon!!

Our stay at this stunning property was exceptional. From the moment we booked, our host was incredibly responsive and proactive, making sure every detail was clear and that we felt completely at ease before arrival. During our stay, their communication remained just as thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless experience.The property itself is pure luxury—beautifully designed with high-end finishes and serene surroundings. Every space felt curated for comfort, yet it still had that warm, welcoming touch that makes it feel like a home away from home.We truly appreciated the combination of modern elegance and comfort here. It’s the kind of place that elevates your trip, making every moment special.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay, and I’m already looking forward to returning!
