The 5th bedroom and bathroom are in a small, fully-equipped, self-contained flat (kitchen and living area) on the ground floor of the house. Ideal for ensuring even more privacy for part of the group. Other assets include the huge 4,000 m2 enclosed garden and private parking spaces on the grounds. Trébeurden is a popular family resort, close to the major tourist attractions of the Pink Granite Coast, such as Ploumanac'h, with its superb pink rocks, and Perros Guirec, one of the most famous seaside resorts in Northern Brittany. A utilities & service fee of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
