Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 90 m² single-storey house for rent in Santec, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 42 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 600 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 42 m² living room with a double sofa bed, connected TV, dining area, desk and picture windows to enjoy the view of the garden.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), direct access to the terrace, dressing room and shower room with walk-in shower and WC
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
- Shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
- A cellar with washing machine and storage space
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 600 m² open garden facing south-west with uninterrupted views of the Santec woods.
- A 40 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Santec, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
