The house will seduce you above all with its unique location: only 400 meters from the paradisiacal beach of Billou, a real natural setting and area of peace. You can walk there in a few minutes to enjoy the tides, sunsets and the invigorating sea air.

Recent and perfectly equipped, the house offers beautiful volumes bathed in light.
You will find:
A large warm living room with dining room and open kitchen, ideal for sharing good times with family or friends.
A friendly space to relax near the fire in winter or enjoy the garden under the beautiful Breton sun on sunny days.

🛏️ A sleeping area designed for everyone
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms:
A master suite with a 180 cm bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
A children/family bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2 of 140 cm) and a trundle bed — perfect for accommodating up to 5 children or teenagers.
A guest bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined into a large 180 cm bed.
A second independent bathroom with shower and bathtub completes the sleeping area.

Located in Santec, a charming coastal town, the house is the ideal starting point for lovers of nature and outdoor activities.
Hikes on the famous GR34 (customs path).
Water sports and surf schools at the famous spot of Dossen.
Only a few kilometres from Roscoff and Saint-Pol-de-Léon, to discover typical ports, local markets and Breton heritage.
