Relax with the whole family at this tucked away lower level walkout unit, right on the St. Croix River. Located steps away from the Overlook on the St. Croix, St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, and the Civic Auditorium, this lower level 3BR/2B unit will be the perfect place to relax and recharge. We have the perfect fenced in area to enjoy the seasons, and are a 10 minute drive to Wild Mountain and Trollhaugen.

The space
Located right next to the St. Croix River, you'll be greeted with stunning views and beautiful sunsets into the valley! We have a fenced in yard, perfect for relaxing next to the firepit while grilling. Lots of parking makes packing in and out a breeze!
Please note that there is not direct waterfront access to the St. Croix River on the property.
Guest access
The entirety of the lower unit and fenced in yard is for your use! The upper and lower units are separated by locking doors; neither party would have access to the other unit. There is a step free access on the west side of the building, with parking directly in front of it. Access to the south side requires the ability to maneuver 2 steps. Access to the fenced in yard has three steps, but does have a step free entrance through grass.
