The house can accommodate up to 12 people (including 10 adults max) divided between 4 bedrooms and a large independent studio.
The swimming pool, located in the extension of the house, is shared with a few benevolent neighbors. It completes this dream setting of a summer with family or friends.

A house that breathes the South, the real one. That of sea spray, umbrella pines, naps in the shade, discussions that stretch into the night.

Pradon beach is accessible in 10 minutes by car.
Almanarre beach is a 15-minute drive away.

The living room, bathed in light, opens onto a terrace suspended between sky and sea. The garden, lined with cacti and wild flowers, becomes the scene of simple moments: a family aperitif, a game of pétanque, an improvised dive.

Barbecue, summer cooking, table tennis, molkky, badminton, children's games... here, everything is designed to live outside, for a long time, slowly.
