Villa on the port of Niel, overlooking the sea and the Islands (Porquerolles, Port Cros), LE LEZARD BLEU welcomes you out of sight and in peace.

The house and its garden are completely protected by the walled enclosure, which allows a peaceful holiday with toddlers.
5 bedrooms, all with sea view, including 1 independent studio comfortably accommodate 10 people, even 12.
The terrace overlooks the harbor, where you can moor your boat, or rent one for the day.
Want an aperitif? it's Le Niel on the port! Fancy a fish dish, it's Le Poisson Rouge on the port too!
And less than 100 m down directly to the sea by the end of the pier from where you will slide gently into the big blue. THE VILLA

ON the R + 1 are 3 bedrooms with sea view.
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed and its private terrace, as well as its small but very functional shower room with shower and sink
- Bedroom 3: 1 bedroom with double bed which can share the terrace of bedroom 2

You will access the Villa by a secure motorized gate, overlooking the garden.
