About this villa rental
The villa is fully air-conditioned, with an elevator (310m2) has on the first floor a T2 apartment with a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
On the first floor, the living area (120m²) includes the living room with TV corner, the dining room with a large table in exotic wood, the American kitchen is equipped with a bar table and all the equipment to prepare good meals.
On the same level, there is the master suite with dressing room, bathroom with shower and bathtub, toilet. All rooms have a sea view.
On the main terrace of about 150 m², around a beautiful infinity pool (+ an outdoor shower), you will appreciate the sunbathing area to sunbathe, the lounge area to enjoy the calm and the view.
You will also be able to refresh yourself at the outdoor bar and prepare beautiful grilled meats thanks to a large plancha.
On the last level there are three spacious rooms with sea view and access to the terrace, all rooms have a private bathroom.
Wifi, an office space, several parking spaces provided in the property.
