We love coming to the Marathon and have stayed at other properties. This house saved itself from 3 stars because of its cleanliness, location and the backyard. The management company was very quick to answer any of my questions. The location is fantastic - very nice, quiet neighborhood. Having a backyard with the turf and room to run around was great for our kids. You don’t feel like you’re cramped in a canal on top of your neighbors, which was great. The house was well stocked with basic needs. The pictures certainly make the house look nicer than it is, but it was good enough for us for the week. My biggest negatives are the random selection of cheap, kind of broken outdoor furniture, house layout, and the pool surround is slippery when wet. For boaters - there isn’t a water spigot on the dock.

House was fantastic, outdoor pool was very private, quiet community as well. Location provided quick access to surrounding shops, beaches and fishing. What sets this apart from others, was the host. VERY engaged in communication, my needs/questions answered quickly. Most impressive
