Booking Information:
Saturday-to-Saturday bookings from June 1 through August 15, with a 7-night minimum required.
Maximum occupancy: 8 (No exceptions)
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must be present for the entire stay
- Max occupancy reflects the number of guests allowed per city regulations and does not guarantee sleeping accommodations for that number—please review the bed description carefully
-Occupancy includes children and infants
Check-in:
4:00 PM on the day of arrival (please note during high season, check-in may be delayed until 5:00 PM)
Check-out:
10:00 AM on the day of departure
Dockage is available at this property; please verify maximum boat size and dockage details with the property manager prior to booking
Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, etc. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area. Some properties may also include a small welcome basket or additional guest amenities.
Linens and bath towels are always included.

- You must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.

Beautiful place both inside and out! We utilized the pool and outside majority of time. The views in front and back of home, beautiful. Friendly manatee visited twice, the men fished and grilled. Location is central for lots of good restaurants. Our needs and questions were handled rather quickly! Highly recommend!

Kitchen was well equipped and house had everything that we needed. The views were great! The pool was amazing and well heated! We absolutely loved the kayaks and took them out each morning. We would definitely stay here again!

The property could be very nice with a couple of additions, and one thing the home owner has no control over. The livingroom could use some lamps, kitchen some sharp knives and scissors. Upgrage patio/porch furniture. The view from the pool directly across the canal is something to be desired
