Splash Landing is an unique oceanfront retreat in North Topsail Beach, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests across 5 spacious bedrooms and a media room that has a sleeper sofa also. The home’s large private pool and six-person hot tub overlook the ocean, creating a rare and luxurious outdoor living space. Guests can enjoy two expansive covered decks, a private dune walkway to the beach, and a wide grassy backyard perfect for games and barefoot relaxation.
Extensive renovations with added space are complete as of April 2025. The home now features a modern open concept fully redesigned kitchen with high-end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a new elevator, an upstairs living area with a 75” smart TV, and a downstairs living/media room with a 55” smart TV. The updated interior also includes a new bedroom with a private new bathroom, hardwood flooring throughout, updated furniture, and a fresh coastal design. The four main bedrooms are oceanfront with their own private balconies. A new bunkbed room features four twin beds.
Located across from W. Rodney Knowles Park—with boardwalk access to the Intracoastal Waterway and a kayak launch—Splash Landing is just minutes from Topsail’s top restaurants and shops. This Vacasa-managed property includes covered parking for 4-6 vehicles, secure E-lock entry, and high-speed WiFi. Renters must be 25 or older, and pets are not permitted.
