Step through the front door and be greeted by a beach-themed oasis with high-quality furnishings and decor that exude a relaxed, coastal charm. As the waves crash just beyond your back decks, unwind in the private pool and hot tub, or challenge friends to a game of pool in the game room. Pools are open May - September. This pool can be heated October, November, March & April.
All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
· Full set of linens for each bed
· 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
· 1 bathmat for each full bath
· Bed making is not available
Please contact us if you would like to order additional towel sets ($10/set).
A starter kit will also be included which includes:
· 1 roll of paper towels
· 2 rolls of toilet paper
· 1 small dish soap
· 2 dishwasher tablets

Island Time is a perfect house for three families to enjoy a vacation together! Being just steps from the beach and also having a pool and hot tub to enjoy allowed for a relaxing week. The open concept living/dining/kitchen kept us all together as we cooked, watched Olympic events and played games, including pool. The kitchen was well appointed and we greatly appreciated having multiple dishwashers and a separate ice maker. The ice maker didn’t work well so we purchased ice to add to it to keep our beverages flowing. Having two washers and dryers also made our week go more smoothly. We highly recommend this place and hope to return.
