Wake up to breathtaking sunrises and take a leisurely walk to the beach, with direct beach access just steps away. After a day on the beach, exploring nearby shops, fishing, or kayaking, unwind in the private hot tub beneath the stars or cool off with a dip in the community pool.
Inside, Pinewalk boasts a variety of entertainment options, including shuffleboard, an X-Box gaming room, and a bar area perfect for mixing up your favorite drinks. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a family reunion, or a corporate retreat, this home’s spacious open floor plan and multiple decks provide ample room for both socializing and quiet moments of relaxation.
Included: WIFI, Smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach towels and bath robes are included. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more. An elevator, EV Charger, outdoor shower, a beach cooler, beach chairs, paddleboards, boogie boards and a wagon are also available for your convenience and enjoyment.
There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. Please note that there are cameras on the exterior of the house pointed at each exterior door for security.
This home offers garage parking for up to 4 vehicles, with 4 additional spaces available on the gravel pad, providing ample room for up to 8 cars. Dogs are considered on a case by case basis, please reach out to Landmark Vacation Rentals for approval.

Beautiful home! Our family/extended family had a wonderful time! The home provides quiet places as well as plenty of room for everyone to gather. Great table space and lighting for puzzles, games, meals, etc. We hope to make Pinewalk an annual tradition!
