The Space:

This vibrant 3-bedroom home will place you at the center of all the action no matter if you’re staying to explore the variety of incredible amenities right onsite or heading out to discover the attractions of the greater area.



While at Margaritaville, you’ll be just half a mile from Sunset Walk, putting you within walking distance to this family-friendly destination offering an abundance of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and much more. For a day filled with water-themed adventure, the Island H2O Waterpark contains thrilling rides and slides for kids and the kids-at-heart alike. Just for the adults, the Formosa Wine Company is a short walk away where you can plan a tasting and stroll through the serene vineyards. If you’re planning on visiting the theme parks for a day or two, you’re conveniently located a short drive from the front gates of Disney, Universal, and Legoland, among all the rest.



The home’s open concept interior offers soothing cool and neutral tones illuminated in natural light, architecting the perfect setting for spending your downtime connecting with loved ones. The coastal theme carries throughout, while contemporary furnishings offer comfortable options for relaxation and rejuvenation. High ceilings soar over plush sofa seating in the living room where you’ll catch up with episodes of all your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV. The stylish kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy quartz countertops, and sleek white cabinetry finished with satin nickel hardware, a space you won’t even mind spending time in to whip up delicious homecooked meals. And of course, because you’re in Margaritaville, you must try your hand at blending up a batch of delicious frozen beverages on your very own margarita machine! From the kitchen, step through the double doors out onto the beautiful patio offering al fresco dining and lounge seating surrounded by palm trees and lush tropical foliage.



This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a sleeping nook with a twin size bed.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera system, mounted on the entryway and actively monitoring the front porch.

• Pack n’ Play, stroller, and booster seat available.



Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from

Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping,

and comedy shows. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!



HOUSE RULES:

• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.

• Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.

• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.

• Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.

• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.

• Guests do NOT have access to the Owner's-only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club"
