Serene Vibrant 4 Bdrm Villa with Games Room at Encore

The house is beautiful and clean. Having a private pool is a game changer in Florida. It was awesome to relax without having to share the pool with anyone. Plenty of bathrooms for a group and the beds were comfy. Absolutely would book here again.

The pool has an alarm which is wonderful if you have young children but we continued to set it off each day. Being able to turn it off would have been nice. Also I’m sure it was stated but it needed to be in big letters that you only get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and then you need to purchase your own. There is a shuttle that will take you to the park. We called and emailed several hours before and never got a response. Even if they couldn’t take us it would have been nice to hear from someone. Overall these were minor things that didn’t take away from the wonderful time we had.

This is a beautifully appointed property, by far the best house I’ve rented in the Orlando area. Its furniture and fittings are excellent, our kids loved their themed rooms and all the games. The resort is also incredibly well located for access to the Disney parks - 15 mins mostly by car. Universal a little further away but an easy drive.

This particular house is only separated from a main road by a strip of empty land, which can make it a little noisy. It isn’t too bad - but it was noticeable at times.
