It’s Margaritaville after all, so prepare an evening drink with your kitchen’s margarita machine, and head onto the patio fitted with comfortable chaise loungers and an outdoor dining table. Get ready for fun-filled days and a wonderful holiday in paradise!
One of the best parts of vacation is the quality time spent together, and this home’s open concept design allows for just that. Ahead of meeting your favorite characters at Disney parks, enjoy a family movie night in the living room with comfortable seating and smart tv. The kitchen is steps away with stainless steel appliances and all the tools you’ll need to make delicious meals from home, which can be shared at the table set for 4. Additional seating at the kitchen counter offers the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and quick bites.
This home sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa and twin pullout bed in the living area.
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Washer and dryer in unit available for guest use.
4 unassigned parking spaces are provided.
Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.
Cable and smart tv capabilities in both bedrooms and living room.
Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35.00 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
Margaritaville Resort is 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 18 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Every member of the family will have a perfect vacation with additional amenities like a playground for kids.
Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!

This was a fun trip and our hosts made sure that the property was clean and comfortable! The check-in process was super easy as well. The property was 12 munutes from Walt Disney World, close to shopping, dining, and a Target and Walmart. Because this property is near the back of Margaritaville, it was super quiet too!

This was a great stay dogs welcome and was quiet, clean and very appropriate for our family of 5 as well we left a pair of boots behind and got them back easily, the check in team was awesome and helpful they did a great job tracking down the boots and getting them to us
