The cottage was exactly like we expected. Everything was clean. Only wish that there were a few more towels and more toilet paper. The grounds were beautiful. Maintenance showed up within minutes when we had a minor issue. Perfect location to get everywhere we wanted to go. Only the rain kept us from enjoying the pool.

Overall we were pleased with our stay, but would rent a different unit. The cottage sleeps eight people but only has a small couch that seats three in the living room area. I wasn't aware that we were to provide all the bathroom amenities, including needing to wash our towel every night in order to have clean ones for in the morning. When we arrived there wasn't enough toilet paper to get through the first day and only enough towels for three of us. When I called I was told that the rental was like an Air BNB and that we were to provide for ourselves. She did finally have someone bring at least one towel per guest. The cottage was clean and the property is well maintained and in a good location. I would stay at the Margaritaville resort again but most likely rent through someone else. No one wants to spend their Christmas family vacation worrying about running to the store and doing laundry daily.
