The attached boat slip (8 ft 10 in wide) offers easy access to the bay—perfect for bringing your own boat or casting a line for speckled trout, redfish, or flounder right off the porch!

Inside, you’ll love the open layout connecting the modern kitchen, dining, and living areas. The king primary suite offers a private bath, while a queen guest room and second full bath ensure comfort for all.

The upgraded queen sofa sleeper, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and fully stocked kitchen make this home as functional as it is beautiful. With full laundry, stylish furnishings, and off-street parking, it’s the ideal spot for families, couples, or fishing trips.
By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below:

Beach Tar on your feet, beach gear and shoes are your responsibility to keep out of the home/property. Any stained bedding, linens, bath towels, mats, rugs, furniture due to tar will result in replacement costs. Please do not use our towels, rugs, mats and bed linens to clean the tar. We have provided a starter set for our guests but guests may need to go purchase more depending on their level of clean up and length of stays. The starter set is a bottle of degreaser and clean up rags inside each property under kitchen sink and at outdoor clean up stations in our houses.

AGE REQUIREMENT - All reserving guests must be 25 years or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parents or an adult over 25. Infants count towards the total number of guests. Additional unregistered guests will result in the entire party being asked to leave and Renter will lose entire reservation charges as well as a $100 fine per unregistered guest per day. Cancellation policies are found on your reserving platform (AirBNB, VRBO, etc.)

DAMAGE - We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should anything break (large or small) please let us know immediately. Guest is liable for any and all damage to the physical property and contents or loss/missing property(items) and agrees to charges for said damages and missing property. We take great care of our properties for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation in letting us know right away if any issue arises – we want to correct it for you quickly and make sure you’re still enjoying a 5-star stay.

PROPERTY CARE - We want you to have a fun time during your visit! However, caring for someone`s property is important to all of us. If the property is left in excessive dirty condition, there will be an additional cost for the extra time and cleaning needed. Our cleaners are vacation market specialists so they are accustomed to ordinary check out conditions, however they will notify us regarding an excessively messy and dirty property after guest check outs, so we want you to be aware of the possibility of any additional fees.

A few other additional request to help us care for this home:
No parties or events allowed. Any parties will result in a $500 fine.
No smoking, vaping or tobacco allowed anywhere upstairs on the property, inside or outside. Please limit smoking and vaping to the ground floor patio, outside only and please clean up all subsequent trash. Any evidence found of smoking, vaping or tobacco upstairs on premises will incur a $500 fine.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms
No unregistered guests or pets are allowed and will result in a $500 fine.
Please respect the noise curfew (10pm to 8am)
Please respect check-in and check-out times
Please take extra care of your house keys. Each lost key incurs a $50 replacement fee
Please don`t sit on furniture with wet clothes/swimsuits.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture
Please keep all trash in bags (extra bags are in laundry room)
No illegal substances allowed on the premises and will result in $500 fine.

No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home.

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason.

Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible

    Our last minute trip to Galveston turned out to be fun and memorable for our 2 nephews and family.The location of the house is right on the water. Peaceful and quiet.The hosts are super nice and responsive to all questions. We’d love to stay here again if there’s an opportunity. Highly recommended for small family who likes quick away trip and come home to settling for the nice. Thank you hosts.
