ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to Katydid Beach Bungalow, where the waves hit your feet and the sand can be your seat, just minutes after you arrive. This lovely home is located in the gated community of Sea Nest Village, in the quaint 30A community of Seagrove, centrally located between Rosemary and Seaside. Katydid Beach Bungalow is perfect for multigenerational families with two Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the first floor, a luxury King bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the 2nd floor and a stunning Primary suite on the third floor with a balcony for you to watch the sun kiss the sea. The open concept kitchen, dining and living area are perfect for large gatherings and game nights. You'll have everything you need to enjoy your getaway by the sea.

BEACH ACCESS: The nearest beach access is just .3 miles away called One Seagrove which is west on Scenic 30A across from Robert Ellis Street across from Cassine Gardens subdivision. It has a shower and no parking. Santa Clara Regional beach access is less than a mile West. This access is ADA accessible, and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.

- There are 3 parking spots available with this home which is strictly enforced.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Family Vaca Together. We gathered together from 3 different states for a fabulous week at your wonderful home! It was perfect for us & had everything we needed and more! We spent the majority of our time in the pool & being steps away it was even more fun! The kitchen was well organized making it a breeze to cook. The bedrooms were clean & comfortable. The home is close to restaurants and stores and of course, the beach The owner Hollie was great to communicate with and readily available to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for helping us to have a memorable vacation!

This was one of the nicest homes we have ever rented on 30a. The gated neighborhood is so quiet, I only seen one other person the week we were here. The home is gorgeous and had us feeling spoiled. The master bedroom is huge and the bathroom was every girls dream. Soaking tub whole looking at the stars is the relaxation this mama needed! Thank you for the bonfire night and gifting us a golf cart. We can't wait to return!

Just a short stroll from the beach and dining, all we required were our bikes, or walking! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the abundant natural light added to the cheerful ambiance. Neighborhood is very quiet and private. Highly recommend it to everyone!

The property and area is nice. We had a few issues during our stay, hot water wasn’t working the first night and we had cockroaches. The team was quick to respond and treat these issues but unfortunate that we had to address the issues on our stay, seemed like the property was not being rented out recently. Also beach access was quite a walk and it was not private, so if you have kids it’s a haul.
