It’s just a short 528-yard stroll or bike ride to Seagrove’s finest shops and restaurants and a quick ride to the charming town of Seaside. While the sugar-white sands are easily accessible from eight nearby beach access points within a one-mile radius, you might prefer to explore in style using the four bikes or the six-seater golf cart (add'l fee $75/night).
Step through the grand entry, where dual sliding doors frame the walkway, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The expansive backyard is a private oasis featuring a reclaimed coral patio, a striking outdoor hearth perfect for cozy evenings, and a custom-designed saltwater pool with a jetted spa. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The house was great. The kids loved the upstairs and all the recreational equipment. I walked the nature trail nearly everyday with our CKCS. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the open floor plan. The courtyard area was nice and private. The heated pool and spa were warm enough to enjoy everyday in November! Soaking in the spa was awesome after a busy day at the beach. The walk to the beach was not bad, but we also enjoyed using the golf cart to get to other beach locations and the kids loved riding it in too. Best beds I have slept on while on vacation on 30A.
Definitely a family friendly spot. There is a guest house that can be rented separately. If we come during the summer and I probably would rent that space also to maintain the privacy.

We had a great time at the property. Layout of the house was great. Kids loved the pool table and we enjoyed getting into the pool/hot tub after a day at the beach.

Wonderful house with everything we could need and more. Kids didn’t want to leave the house and pool! Clean and well-equipped.
