The property was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay. I think for the summertime visits it would be really nice to have a couple box fans for the upstairs windows. The upstairs didn’t cool off as well as the downstairs. The book with all the attractions was a great addition. I think something very nice to add would be best places to see sunset and sunrise. Overall we enjoyed everything about the townhouse and Pagosa springs
