Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome just minutes from the 27-hole Pagosa Springs Golf Course. Ideally situated near all the amenities and attractions Pagosa Springs offers, our home is an ideal retreat for your next getaway.
Step into our charming townhome, where comfort and mountain charm meet. After a day of adventures, step down and unwind in the warmth of the stone gas fireplace and wood beams in the inviting living room. The large dining table offers the perfect space to gather, share stories, and create lasting memories with loved ones.
The main level features a king bedroom, a full bathroom, a welcoming living area, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find the second and third bedrooms and another full bathroom, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax.
Bed Configuration:
Main Bedroom - King bed with Smart TV and shared ensuite bathroom (main level)
2nd Bedroom - Queen bed with shared ensuite bathroom (2nd floor, accessible with two sets of stairs)
3rd Bedroom - Full bed and twin bed (2nd floor, accessible with two sets of stairs)
As a guest, you’ll have access to Wyndham amenities (available for a daily fee), where you can enjoy pickleball, tennis, basketball, or even a fun-filled game of mini-golf with the family.
Enjoy the spacious covered patio, ideal for sipping your morning coffee. Just across the way, watch families enjoy a round of mini-golf.
Our townhome's central location provides easy access to various outdoor activities. Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, fishing at the Pine Lake Reservoir, or shopping downtown Pagosa Springs. Take a round of golf at the Pagosa Springs 27-hole Golf Course, soak in hot springs at the Springs Resort, or hit the slopes at Wolf Creek Ski Area.
Pets are not allowed at our home. There is also no trailer parking available.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
