This is a timeshare condo at Wyndham Pagosa that sleeps 8. It has 2 bedrooms, a loft with sleeper sofa, and another sleeper sofa in the living room. The main floor bedroom has a king sized bed. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Both sleeper sofas are queen size. The condo borders a lake with mountain views all around. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable winter vacation in this fully furnished unit. Wolf Creek pass is minutes away for downhill skiing. Cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding are available on site. The world famous outdoor hot springs in town are a must do winter activity and are wonderful to soak in at night while looking at the stars above the mountains. An onsite recreation center hosts a full size lap pool with play area, exercise facilities, and racquetball courts. An onsite activity center offers discounted tickets for all of these.

Was clean just hard to adjust the heat between upstairs and first floor. Hard to sleep at night because of the heat

Check in first counter a breeze. To get parking card, not so much as they catch your attention with lift ticket discounts and by the time you realize you are not interested, 20 min went by with your family wondering in the car.
Condo space amazing, kitchen great and updated, rest not so much, carpet worn out and hard to tell when it was cleaned last.
The water system very loud if you are downstairs.
My group loved it, I am more picky. I have stayed in another condo in the area of better quality.
Bottom line if running out of time, take it, the roominess is great.

The place was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable and it had everything that we needed. Even snowed 23 inches one day we were there.
