Villa of 100 sqm fully air-conditioned on 2 floors overlooking the Aegean Sea and 400 meters from the first beach.
This house is composed in Rez of garden of a double stay with table meal 8 people and a living room with settee, coffee table design, and TV sat. as well as an open kitchen fully equipped (2 fridges) overlooking a terrace, fully paved with stones characteristic of the region, with sea views.
Bathroom and separate WC complete this 1st level.
Upstairs, 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms each with a large bed 2 places and plenty of storage space.

A large space, completely paved too, leads you to a private pool surrounded by ancient olive trees. (swimming pool 9mx4m)
an outdoor shower is also available.

We had a relaxing 10 days. Great location. Can recommend Sophia's, the local taverna which is a 2 minute drive, and Costa's beach bar at Livardi beach, a 4 minute drive. Had excursions into the amazing mountains at Kosmas and daily trips toTyros and Leonidio, which have a good selection of shops for supplies, beachside bars and sea swomming. The Myrtoon tavern was a particular favourite.
The villa was well supplied. The pool wonderful and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful.
We hope to return one day.
Can highly recommend if you want a tranquil break amongst incredible scenary withfriendly peopleand great hosts.
