About this house rental
Welcome to the land of the gods! Sampatiki takes you away from the clusters of tourists that surge on the sunny beaches of Greece and yet we are a few minutes from Leonidio, a Venetian style city.
It's up to you to discover the small restaurants and the wild coves.
Zorba's house remains authentic and is surrounded by tropical vegetation 100 m from the beach.
A large shaded terrace extends the living room and the kitchen which overlook the garden. A cellar with washing machine, sink and shower, a W.C. Living room with a mass stove and fitted kitchen. the floors are stone and marble.
Upstairs, three bedrooms, one of 30 m2 with dressing table and dressing room overlooking a shaded terrace. Two other bedrooms of around 20 m2 with a dressing room and also a 180 X 2 m bed plus two 80 X 190 beds. Bathroom and toilet upstairs and fan in all rooms.

A great property. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. It has wonderful verandas and balconies with views over the sea. The garden has an outdoor oven and you can help yourself to the orange and lemons growing there. The owners Philippe and Cati were very friendly and welcoming. Their olives from the garden and home made olive oil were fantastic. Philippe was a font of knowledge about the climbing in and around Leonidio and we loved hearing about his amazing adventures. There is a taverna by the harbour which provides basic good food and there are some excellent restaurants in Leonidio which is close by. An excellent place to stay if you are climbing in the area or just want to absorb the atmosphere of Greece and enjoy the sunshine and the scenery. It comes highly recommended and we will certainly be looking to return in the near future.
