This a small room on the first floor in a small complex of 6 units, walking distance (3 Blocks) to beach and everything in Isla Verde beach area. This unit is close to everything, hotels, Casino, only 8 minutes from the airport, do exercise in the park or the beach. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This furniture Apartment has Air Conditioning & Ceilings fans, Small Equipped Kitchen space, flat Screen TV, WIFI Internet.
ACCOMODATIONS BEDROOM: Your room is equipped with a QUEEN SIZE BED for two guests, side table with lamp, flat screen TV for a relaxing night at your home away from home, A/C unit, Ceilings fans, iron and board, closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with shower.
Small space available to do small meals equipped with all the necessities including a top stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dinner and silver ware. Perfect to cook your basic meals.
ACCESS: NO PARKING available only street parking or walking distance a pay parking.

Our on-site coin laundry facility provides guests with convenient access to self-service laundry options. Equipped with modern washers and dryers, it offers a hassle-free solution for keeping clothes fresh and clean during your stay. AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag".
For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.
