Welcome to Green Island Villa, this Small complex has only six apartments. Our property is situated walking distance to the beach, Walgreens in few steps, the major hotels, You can walk to the casino Embassy Suites. Complex has a FULL GENERATOR. Has a share patio and a shared Jacuzzi.
This a Fully furniture Apartment has Air Conditioning & Ceilings fans, Ceramic Floors, Fully Equipped Kitchen (Microwave, top Stove, Refrigerator), flat Screen TV with Basic Cable TV, WIFI Internet.
LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN:
The living/dining room/kitchen designed and great for having your morning coffee to plan your day.
Has a comfy love seat (no sleeper), where you can sit and table with two stools chairs, Ceilings fan
Small kitchen is equipped with all the necessities including a top stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and of course wine glasses, dinner and silver ware. Perfect to cook your basic meals.
ACCESS: NO PARKING available only street parking or walking distance a pay parking.
PATIO: Nestled in the backyard oasis, our inviting SHARED Jacuzzi creates a haven of relaxation. Surrounded by lush greenery, this retreat features bubbling water, soothing jets, and an ambiance—a perfect setting to unwind under the open sky.
Our on-site coin laundry facility provides guests with convenient access to self-service laundry options. Equipped with modern washers and dryers, it offers a hassle-free solution for keeping clothes fresh and clean during your stay. ACCOMODATIONS BEDROOM: Your room is equipped with a QUEEN SIZE BED for two guests, side tables lamp, flat screen TV for a relaxing night at your home away from home, dresser with mirror, A/C unit in bedroom only, Ceilings fan, iron and board, closet with cloth hangers
DISINFECTION STANDARDS:
-We included in room a limited hand sanitizer and disinfectant for your convenience
-We take your health seriously and are happy to welcome you to this beautiful property.
AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag".
You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas.
For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.
