Beautiful and cozy studio apartment in the heart of Isla Verde.

This is officially my home away from home. As I mentioned before, this location is a gem. My second time staying here and I have plans to return in the near future. I had the same great experience. The room is clean, it's steps away from the beach and I love how easy it is to get ti the restaurants.

Checking was a little tricky opening the lock box. Parking is a block or two away but the room is worth it and the view. Steps away from the beach.. Would definitely rent again.

As a frequent hotel guest, I wasn't sure what to expect from my first rental in Isla Verde, but I was beyond impressed. The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the beach. The studio was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and every appliance worked perfectly (including great hot water!) as expected. One quick note for future travelers: the elevator was out of service during my stay. Since the unit is on the 3rd floor, it involves two flights of stairs. It wasn't a dealbreaker for me, but it’s something to consider if you have mobility needs. An overall 7 day seamless and relaxing stay! Janet was absolutely sweet, very informative and overall helpful with any questions I had.Restaurants are close by where you can walk or you can take a cab to the Carolina, San Juan, or Old San Juan area and get a bite to eat. All sorts of water activities... (Jet Ski, Parasailing, etc.)I would definitely stay there again.
