Upon entering, you are welcomed by a living and dining area for four guests, next to a modern kitchen equipped with everything needed for an ideal stay and a 1.40 x 1.90 m sofa-bed. To the left is the master bedroom, featuring a double bed, a stylish en-suite bathroom, and a small balcony overlooking an interior courtyard. Beyond the living room, you’ll find the second bathroom and another bedroom with a single bed, which leads to a private terrace with a jacuzzi available year-round.
Additionally, the apartment features an excellent terrace, a recreational-use swimming pool, and a gym, all located on the top floor of the building, easily accessible by elevator. It is an ideal space to enjoy the outdoors and relax

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
