The location is excellent and the building is stunning to look at. Quiet and warm too! Access to the building is easy and well run. Facilities are really good (but maybe when supplying a Nespresso machine you could leave a few pods)
The property was advertised to have wifi but it didn't work. There where 3 massive TV's in the apartment but they where useless as the wifi would not connect. Both my wife and I tried emailing the customer service but we got no replies. There was also a slight damp smell in the apartment and the bed clothes felt slightly damp. The fact that there where 2 dehumidifiers in the apartment also hinted at a damp issue! Maybe it was because we had a ground floor apartment but still it shouldn't have been there. The tiled floor in main area of the apartment was very dirty and needed a good cleaning. Finally having stayed in a lot of other apartments (mainly in Italy) it would be useful to have an information book/leaflet in the apartment with contact details and maybe recommendations for local restaurants etc. Overall for the money I think it should've been better.

Listing said parking available however, it was in a major parking garage 7 minute walk away from location.
If you have a large vehicle with lots of luggage and need to drop at the door… enjoy..

Had a terrific time at the apartment. It was in the perfect location near shopping restaurants and attractions. Super clean with everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again.

Had a great time in Seville and this property is pretty much walking distance to everything you could want to do. The upstairs pool deck was perfect for cooling down after a hot day on the town. The downstairs apartment doesn’t get much natural light and the check in process felt like it needed more steps than normal, but these were small points. Enjoyed our stay!
