Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in the town of Gujan-Mestras, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool and Wi-Fi (fibre optic), covering an area of 130 m² and accommodating up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 60 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three shower rooms and a lovely outdoor area with a private heated swimming pool. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
The ground floor of the main house:
- A 60 m² living area with a TV and a ceiling fan
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- 2 double bedrooms (140 and 160 beds)
- A shower room with toilet
- A separate toilet
Upstairs in the house:
- 2 double bedrooms (180 bed and 140 sofa bed). The larger bedroom has air conditioning.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, barbecue, fan, iron and ironing board.
