Relax and rejuvenate with family in an ideal location on the Bay of Arcachon!
Our house is located on a wooded and shaded ground of 1500m2, in a dead end, quiet and not overlooked.
You will enjoy the swimming pool of 8m * 4m, and you will relax on the large wooden terrace.
You can dine both at the pool, in the shade of an oak, depending on time of day.
The house is full of feet and offers day and night areas well separated, to respect everyone's rhythm.
Upon entering, you fall under the spell of the room bright and spacious living with direct access to the terrace and pool.
Each room is independent and has its own bathroom. 2 separate toilets complete the package.
The master suite overlooks the terrace and pool.
An open kitchen, with its independent pantry will allow you to prepare delicious dishes. You can also cook with the plancha, always ready for your grill!
Your car will stay sheltered from the sun under a large carport.
Bikes are available to explore the many trails goshawks basin.
The possibilities for walks on foot, by bicycle are numerous: the coastal path, Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat, without forgetting the ocean beaches.

Das Haus ist toll. Offen, kommunikativ und doch hat es ausreichend Rückzugsgelegenheiten. Sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Einweisung war sehr ausführlich und freundlich. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Nous étions 2 familles à nous partager cette belle maison que nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons profité des extérieurs autant que de l'intérieur, boulodrome, ping-pong, ou piscine...Soirées jeux (mise à dispositions) partagées à l'intérieur (trop de moustiques été 2018). Cette maison est très bien agencée, très lumineuse, décorée avec goût et nous a donné entière satisfaction, petit bémol sur la literie qu'il faudrait peut-être changer pour l'été prochain... Dans l'ensemble nous nous sommes vraiment senti comme chez nous et c'était très agréable.
