Big space oversize one bedroom with carpet through out. Light bright. Drink in sunsets with an amazing City vista from the balcony. Soft tones of blue and white, all furniture and fixtures upgraded May 2025.

950 Bus route is directly outside the building that will take you straight into Perth city will take about 5 stops to get to the CBD. You could not be in a better location.
