You will need a car to get around but there is plenty of parking available free on the premises.

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.
- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. A slight issue when we first arrived but it worked itself out. Dave and Kim were very attentive to our needs and communication was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Kim and Dave were great hosts throughout our stay, the house was more than perfect. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella was provided which was very helpful. Only thing we weren’t aware of was the 3 ring cameras, they werent a negative thing just was taken back by them. They were very attentive and responded and questions we had throughout our stay.Overall the experience was a 10 out of 10 and will definitely book again with them.
